Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned item is received. Item must be in original condition to receive a refund and must be returned within two weeks of receiving your jewellery.
Precious Grain is not responsible for packages lost in transit. I will try to repair broken items for you for a repair fee.... please be aware that stones and crystals are a bit like glass. If they get knocked or dropped they might chip, crack or break. Contact me for any additional information in regards to the fees involved.
